Step 01: Separate the Whole Number

Separate out the whole number in decimal time as it represents the number of hours.

Step 02: Convert Decimal Part to Minutes

The decimal portion of the original number represents minutes in decimal format. To convert it to regular minutes representation, multiply by 60.

Step 03: Convert Remaining Decimal to Seconds

If you are left with a decimal portion in minutes, you need to multiply it by 60 again to convert it to regular clock seconds.
